I wanted to do something different so I decided to make a mosaic. It took me a long time. I called it the magic chamber because of the bright colours and the circles made it look like some sort of passageway.

on halloween my friend patrick came round my house and the pictures will tell you the whole story.

This Halloween my dad and I made a pumpkin carving or two. I drew the outline of the shapes and dad cut out the outline.

Half-term homework was to make a roman shield ,sword,spear or helmet.Now I have made a centurion scutum roman shield.What gives it character is the two horses either side.

Burning

Mum was making a picture with her photos on the computer the other day and I asked her to show me how she did it. This is mine called burning.

On Tuesday I had an art lesson with my friend Patrick who is a very good artist too. This is a still life I did of a bowl of fruit. The scribbles are by Anya, she wanted to have a go too!

Present from Toby

I got this in the post today from Toby who makes his own jewellery. He made these beads himself from the same type of clay i make my models from. I love the way he has added glitter to some of the beads. He said I should have a go too! His website is Natural Atrill. Thanks Toby!

New Desk

Look! Grandma and Grandad bought me a new big desk just like mum's! Mum and Dad worked hard yesterday to build it and move my furniture to fit it in. This is the first painting from my desk. It is a thank you present for Grandma and Grandad.

Gingerbread Men

We had fun this evening decorating gingerbread men. These are Mum and Jenny's.

Even Anya had a go but she couldn't squeeze the tubes so Dad help her and she painted them with her fingers. She nibbled a foot off one but didn't like it so ate all the sugar flowers instead which tasted like almonds.
